At VANASiRi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product is carefully packed and delivered in the best condition.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following situations:
- Damaged package during delivery
- Incorrect product received
- Manufacturing defect
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be provided if:
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging are shared.
- The product remains unused.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Opened or used food products
- Orders damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery
- Change of mind after purchase
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
